Tom, As you know, we just had our counter tops installed by you folks. I just wanted to write and tell you how thrilled we are with the job that you did. From the very start, to the very end, you all exceeded my expectations. It started with Karen in your showroom.She proved to be very personable, knowledgeable and helpful in answering all questions about configuration, design and choices. And I enjoyed talking with you, when you helped nail down the finishing choice a few evenings later. I left feeling very good with all that had been chosen. And Doug. What can I say about Doug? I knew from the beginning, when he came to make the template of the layout that we were dealing with a meticulous craftsman. He was very patient, educating me in all the finer points of countertops - who knew? It's funny, it's something we take for granted, but when it's not done right, so much can go wrong! And the gentleman who actually constructed them did a fine job also. I am just amazed at how the corners are made! Counter tops are not an inexpensive project, so when you have them done, you want to get it right. And C. Mather Company gets it right from start to finish! I will highly recommend your company without reservation to anyone who needs counter tops installed. Thank you for a job well done! I just had the Cambria quartz countertops installed yesterday and I can't tell you how pleased I am. The installation went perfectly! The measurements Doug (hope I'm remembering his name right) took were flawless - everything fits like a dream and if I didn't know it was there, I'd never imagine there was a seam.
My father-in-law did the plumbing (he's a licensed plumber) and he commented to me today after he hooked up our new faucet that it was clear I had hired a great professional company and even he would highly recommend you just based on seeing the work after the fact (he didn't know there was a seam either until I told him!) He said that he's installed hundreds of faucets and it is easy to tell when the work has been done to high standards - all the drilled holes were spot on and he even commented that they hooked up the dishwasher in the exact way he would have done it. Something about the screws through the cabinet - I don't know all the technical details, but he said that he would never expect (and typically doesn't see) the dishwasher hooked back up with such attention to detail. He also complimented the care they took when mounting the sink.
My father-in-law said your team made his job easy. I knew I was pleased with the entire process, but hearing a "professional" agree that I had made a great choice in choosing your company just reaffirmed that I had to let you know what an awesome experience this was for me. Nothing was rushed, but everything was done very timely. If you recall, you even took the time to make sure I picked the right color/pattern - you knew I really had my heart set on Blackwood and when I initially chose something else, you encouraged me to take home the larger samples. You were right - I'm so glad I ended up choosing the Cambria Blackwood - it's exactly as I hoped it would look.
Each step of the way, you were more worried about making this a good experience for me and making sure I made an educated decision than you were with making a sale. If I ever have a need in the future, you will definitely have my business again. And I will be sure to spread the word to my friends & family. Thank you again.

Dear Karen, The kitchen renovation is finally completed. I was a little slow getting started and with Christmas and New Years coming, I guess I was a little rattled. I want to thank you so much for your suggestions and ideas on the countertops. Being able to take sample after sample home really helped and better yet, bringing samples of the flooring and backsplash for you to see was more than helpful. (Two heads are better than one, I think I heard that some place before.) I have to say adding the sink into the countertop was genius. It never seems to stain. It cleans so nicely and because the countertop looks so great, I took most of the clutter off just to show how beautiful it looks. My husband is happy to see me take a big interest in the way the kitchen looks. I guess he had the idea it was messy all the time. Now where would he get an idea like that?
